We are strategically located quite close to major highways, about half way between Akron and Cleveland. Expected turnaround time (TAT) 72 hours. If your request is needed sooner, please anticipate an additional $25 rush fee. All fees are payable in advance. Once mileage and other details are worked out, you will receive an invoice that can be paid online (3% fee for credit card transactions). Once payment clears the clock begins to tick 😉
Please note that we do not work Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. So, do plan accordingly.
Real Property
Residential or Commercial Property rates:
- $35 flat fee within 30 miles of Stow, OH (zip 44224)
- $5 for every additional 20 miles
- Includes: 3 photos (full front/streeview, left angle side, right angle side) and occupancy verification.
- *We will not approach occupants or trespass.
Vehicles
Includes Recreational, Automobiles, Farm Equipment, other.
- Fees same as above
- Inclues: 6 photos with focus on any apparent damage or flaws.
Represent
If you are working on closing a deal in this area and would like an on the ground, in person agent to assist you, we can do that as well! $20 per hour, billed in advance with $240 retainer. Any overpayment refunded.
