Closing Argument: No one gives a damn

One of the primary things that has made this so difficult to research and write, beyond the obvious, is the plain fact that no one truly gives a damn. Not a complaint. Just an observation. There is really no one, in my experience, to be counted on. Besides the Lord God Almighty Himself, that is. So, after writing that last episode a couple weeks ago I just had to take a break. Thank God for some good weather here in Northeast Ohio, for there was lots to do in the yard. Yet the deep nagging argument within me raged as I worked on getting my beds ready for planting this spring. The argument on one side, that I needed to complete this series of posts and get it all out there. On the other side, deep within screaming out, “No one gives a damn! Why waste any more time?” However, me being me, I must complete the work I set out to do. God willing, someone will give a damn enough to help me make some changes, because I give a damn and want to better things for others. No one should have to endure this. So, here is my closing argument, even though no one gives a damn.

Loose ends

In earlier parts of this series I mentioned a couple things that would be addressed later. Such as the list of other doctors (vultures), more details of how Jamie was mistreated at the hell-spital (hospital), etc. I’ve decided against that mainly due to the time it will take anyone that cares enough to read through this entire series. It’s long enough as it is. Any that have questions, feel free to drop a line in the comment section below or at my contact page. Any loose ends can be tied up through dialogue.

And, truly, diaglogue is what is desperately needed on issues such as I have covered at great length here. Heck, even the plain fact that no one that can be counted on. Not even the system that was established for redress of grievances can be counted on. If public health and safety is to be top priority, there needs to be accountability. If public trust in these institutions is to be regained, our course for redress needs to work for us instead of for the ones that do wrong. As it stands right now, particularly here in Ohio, the rules/codes and policies choke the life out of the laws. This essentially works in favor of the medical industry.

So, it is not merely the standard of care that needs challenged. The fact that rules and policies take the life out of laws meant to protect and aid the public, that needs changed as well. Looking at some of the information on the laws, we can see that it is already in effect that doctors are supposed to fully inform patients of risks, benefits, so-called side effects, and even alternative treatments available. They’re supposed to. But, as we see in the case with my beloved, when the docs fail to inform they are not held accountable. Not even when that breach ends in death.

My ultimate aim is to change the standards of care to a level that meets public expectation and the oath of medical professionals, “First, do no harm.” That is still true. Adding to that, we need to remove obstacles that bar those harmed from actions to hold the vultures accountable.

Absolutely ludicrous

While researching, since I mentioned laws and such, I found this (below). It is an excerpt from an article in the AMA Journal of Ethics. Of course, their slant in the article is to instruct their flocks of vultures in the law enough to try an avoid claims against them. But I find it interesting and pertinent to our chat here.

In Canterbury, the decision outlined key pieces of information that a physician must disclose:

(1) condition being treated; (2) nature and character of the proposed treatment or surgical procedure; (3) anticipated results; (4) recognized possible alternative forms of treatment; and (5) recognized serious possible risks, complications, and anticipated benefits involved in the treatment or surgical procedure, as well as the recognized possible alternative forms of treatment, including non-treatment [4, 5]. {Informed Consent, https://journalofethics.ama-assn.org/article/informed-consent-what-must-physician-disclose-patient/2012-07 emphasis mine.}

Recall from previous articles in this series, particularly Kill Shot Doc and Let’s Be Trendy, Dr. Rupesh Raina explained none of these (bold lines in box). It is reasonable to believe Raina knew the risks, that are listed all over the products’ websites and the FDA information (those links are two of many), but said nothing. Rather, he stated, “Nothing to be concerned about.” Seriously? Rapid growth of cancer tumor and earlier death, not a concern?

Note that it says “must disclose.“

I find it most curious and interesting that one of the statements from In re: Canterbury is “including non-treatment” in regard to what the doctor is supposed to, by law, explain before acting on any treatment plan. Isn’t that what I have been saying?? “FIRST do NO harm?” Had the vultures simply monitored Jamie, fed him and allowed his naturopath to treat the cancer, add some baking soda water every day or so, he would have gotten through. That would have actually helped him.

The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on their own damn campus would have been a fine addition. None of the vultures even mentioned it. In fact, Dr. Kill Shot argued against the oxygen that was already ordered. (See note in the screenshot of the chart at bottom of Posion to Make You Better?)

Another interesting note is that in Gates v. Jenson vultures have been required to disclose, among other things, “personal or economic interests that may influence their judgment….” In Let’s Be Trendy, I believe it became apparent that Raina had significant “economic interest” in pushing the epoetin alfa drugs. Several of them, unbeknownst to Jamie and I until writing that article. The fact that Dr. Kill Shot (Raina) ordered almost double the recommended doses stinks of the fraud to which those companies already plead guilty. Too, he bragged that he “helped in the development of the drug.” Would that not further constitute an “economic interest“? It was all about money. There is nothing else that justifies this pharma-whore’s lies and overprescribing. Nothing.

As a result, the drugs did exactly what the FDA and manufacturers state it would do. The tumor grew out of control. Go back to the bottom of Kill Shot Doc and look at those comparison photos again. And when such tumors grow, they bleed. They bleed bad. Bleeding that much tanked Jamie’s hemoglobin. Ironically, the exact reason Dr. Kill Shot gave for pushing his poisons (supposedly to boost his hemoglobin). As Jamie worsened, he stopped eating. A bit later became bedridden. A bit more than two weeks later, he’s gone. With lots of suffering in between. So, yeah. Those poisons did exactly what all the information warns it will do. All that information that no one told us before hand.

Still, no one gives a damn.

Recap

Let’s do a short recap of 2024:

• April 25th, idiots in the ER at Summa/Akron brutalized Jamie. He stayed four more days, had stents placed in both ureters and went home.
• As he was recovering very well, on May 14th Nurse Postlewaite and her side kick filled his bladder with tap water, removed the foley and sent him home after chatising him about not taking the Flomax, yet with no clear instructions.
• As a direct result of Nurst Bitch Ass’ (Postlewaite) refusal to do her damn job, my husband almost died in the ER (Summa/Akron) on May 17th.
• As a direct result, we made the horrid decision to admit Jamie on June 6th. They kept him until June 24th. They fed him garbage and interveneously gave him poisons that the docs (Dayal, Olga, etc) admitted “can harm” and “cause serious damage to kidneys.” They denied his established treatment for the cancer tumor. They mistreated and terrorized him. They held from our knowledge other treatments that were available on their own campus, even though I asked. Then Dr. Kill Shot (Raina) pushed the literal kill shot (various brands of epoetin alfa).
• Prior to being admitted, the traditional treatments were working against the cancer. Go back to Crucial Point Clearer and take a look at the comparison photos again. After denying him cancer treatment for 18 days and pumping epoetin alfa into him at almost double the dose, three times a week, the tumor grew out of control. That, along with many other so-called side effects that were horrid, caused him to bleed. The bleeding from the growth of the tumor led to his death.

There is so much more, but this suffices. It’s not complicated. If you go back to the Intro of this series, there is more depth and detail there. Even though all I have presented in this series does not cover the full magnitude of all they did to him, for anyone to say–at even just this much–that this “does not violate the standards of care” is simply a moron.

Another quite interesting note is how difficult it is to find a simple definition or the laws laid out for “standards of care.” It seems they’re amended here and there to fit whatever heading. Such as, “standards of care recommending medical marijuana” vs “medical malpractice.” Etc. All things in any doctor-patient relationshp ought to be the same standards, regardless. Any wonder why it is almost impossible to hold these vultures accountable. Furthermore, there is an “Affidavit of Merit” that is required in Ohio to be filed with any malpractice suit. That is to state that an “expert witness” (yet another big booming business) must review all medical records, is familiar with the standards, believes they were not followed and patient was injured as a result.

So even if we forget about what the ER did to Jamie, ramming the hoses up his penis repeatedly, causing him to bleed. Even if we forget Nurse Bitch Ass and her sidekick who almost killed him in May. Even if we set aside all the other admitted poisons, terrorizing, all of it. What about Dr. Kill Shot not informing us of the known risks? What about the fact that he not only “failed” to inform us, he flat out lied? Or is lying simply accepted practice in the “standards of care”?

One of the attorneys that I spoke with told me about the Affidavit of Merit and said, “Good luck finding a doctor that will testify to this.” Meaning the facts of the case. He further explained that it is “not that there is no merit here”, it is that “so many doctors are losing their licenses” for speaking out.

They are Godless cowards.

I could go on with all this for a few more pages, but you get the point. Each step of the way, people who are charged with great duty did not do their damn jobs. Each step of the way, they had alternatives that were gentle and safe, but chose garbage they knew would cause additional harm and damage. They did not do their jobs in the fashion that serves their patient. My beloved. As a direct result, he suffered horribly and died. Even after the facts, no one wants to do their damn jobs. The attorneys I spoke with did not even look at any of the records, yet their so-called “experts” say they “can do nothing” or “does not violate the standards of care.” How the hell do you know without actually looking?

Bullshit.

Conclusion

In conclusion I’ll just state the plain fact that the Lord God Almighty, Maker and Ruler of all the Heavens and the Earth, and all that are in them, is with me. Furthermore, He is adamantly against vultures that poison and kill His own. I serve a Just and Holy God that will not stay silent.

Based on the present “standards of care”, we cannot expect much from those who are entrusted with much (our very lives). This is not only in direct opposition to their oath, it is in direct opposition to what our Lord laid out. If there is to be any trust whatsoever regained for the medical industry, especially after these past few years, there are drastic changes needed.
