Let’s Be Trendy

In these days where we have the new department, DOGE, meticulously scrutinizing every last penny of taxpayer dollars, proclaiming to the world where it all went, fraud has become a trending topic. So, let’s be trendy a bit, shall we? In the case of my beloved presented here, the more I dig, more pops up. It’s really looking like Summa “Health” Systems and several doctors, at least, are in need of a thorough financial colonoscopy.

Scrambled brains

As much as I have the ability to comprehend, there are some instances that remind me how terribly ignorant I am. This is particularly true when it comes to understanding how fraudsters work. This part of the case is a fine example. It’s one of those things that my instincts say, “There’s something fishy.” But even after digging up all sorts of graveyards, I cannot seem to be able to articulate it clearly. So, please bear with me as I do my best to explain.

Let me first start by releasing some anger for the fact that I should not be forced into the position of having to write all this out. On the web, nonetheless. There should have been at least one freakin attorney that said, “Well, let me take a look at the records you have before I blow you off entirely.” Not one attorney or any of their so-called expert staff looked at even one page. Digging into and trying to understand this shit enough to coherently write about it scrambles my brain. I did not go to college for this.

Anyway…

One other thing before I begin to spew about potential fraud. Notice on one of the screenshots I shared in the previous article, Poison to Make You Better?, there was a note about oxygen therapy. Here is that again, a closer look.

Right out of the gate on June 6th, the day Jamie was admitted, “Initiate Oxygen Therapy Protocol.” I’m here to tell you, folks, he never received it. In fact, I distinctly recall Dr. Kill Shot (Raina) taking great strides to convince Jamie “…it (oxygen) wouldn’t work” for him. The same doc that so deceptively coerced him into injecting the poison that utlimately led to his death. We’ll finish addressing this in a minute, but keep it in mind.

From what I have learned over these past days, there are four main brand names and three main types of synthetic erythropoietin (hormone made by kidneys to stimulate red blood cell production) stimulating agents. The three types are epoetin alfa (brand names Epogen, Procrit), darbepoetin alfa (Aranesp), and epoetin alfa-epbx (Retacrit). Epogen and Aranesp are owned by Amgen Inc. Procrit owned by Janssen Products (Johnson & Johnson). Retacrit, Pfizer.

According to research I found, they’re fairly similar. The FDA plainly states, however, that these are approved “biosimilar, not as an interchangeable prodcut.” (emphasis mine) That is terribly interesting. Dr. Kill Shot talked about “Epogen”, which I also found on Jamie’s chart while hospitalized. He wrote in his notes, “Procrit” (see below), but I never heard that word come out of his mouth. And “Retacrit” is noted in his chart on another day while Jamie was in that hell-spital (photo below). And, although I do not recall it in Jamie’s chart, I know I heard another doc say the word Aranesp at least once.

Dr. Kill Shot notes from 6.12.2024 “On Procrit”

Retacrit noted as “Given 6/17”

Though I do not have a photo of Jamie’s hell-spital chart that displays the word “Epogen”, it is in my notebook. This is pertinent because, again, the FDA’s information plainly states that these are not approved as interchangeable.

Worse? The FDA site continues: “Like Epogen/Procrit, Retacrit must be dispensed with a patient Medication Guide that provides information about the drug’s uses and risks.” (paragraph 6, emphasis mine) All of these brands and types have the exact same warnings posted on their sites, on the FDA site and in PubMed and NIH literature. This includes, “Treatment with erythropoiesis-stimulating agents in patients with cancer increased mortality during active study periods and worsened overall survival.”

Not only did Kill Shot doc not mention any warnings or even so-called “side effects”, he flat out stated, “…only maybe a rash. Nothing to be concerned about….” Etcetera. He obviously lied. And, not he, not any nurse, not anyone gave Jamie or me any “patient medication guide.” Nothing.

The next part that truly infuriates me may be one of those things that just makes no sense to me, but is such common practice others give it no thought. Look again at the second photo above (screenshot of Jamie’s chart). Look closely at the dosage. “10,000 Units, SC (subcutaneous), Three times weekly.” All available information, including FDA guidelines and the products’ own inserts, stress starting with the lowest dose.” Particularly for someone that has never taken such poison before. Particularly for someone not on dialysis or chemo. Particularly for someone that has cancer. All such information recommends starting dose for someone not on dialysis “50 to 100 units/kg.” If nonresponsive, then to slowly increase after four weeks.

After scraping my scrambled brains off the wall and taking some deep breaths, I was able to do some math. At 5′ 11″ Jamie weighed a lousey 127 lbs. on June 6th, when he was admitted. His entire time there (almost 3 weeks) he bounced between 127 to 138. In kilograms, that is 57.6 to 62.6. Even if we multiply his top weight (62.6) by the higher dose (100), which is not recommended, that is still a total dose of only 6,260 units.

And, let me repeat, he received 10,000 units, three times a week over two weeks.

So, I went and cleaned up my yard a bit. Found some things that needed beaten apart. That was moderately helpful. Then I came inside and sent an email to the one local doctor (homeopath) that I actually trust. I bounced that off her, to see if I got this correct. She affirmed, but said that “it is not unheard of” that docs would prescribe “even 40,000 units.” She did express that she does not work with the stuff, so has minimal understanding. Just sharing what she had heard.

As infuriatingly terrifying as that is to think of how many people have been and are being poisoned literally to death, let me move on. There are some key pieces of information regarding these poisons, the docs that prescibe them, as well as the companies that produce them. Likely, this would include the insurance scammers… I mean, insurance companies also. Or, as in this case, Federal funds.

Keepin’ it short, to the main point

Since the information is so bountiful on this next topic, I encourage you to, if you’re interested, do some research. Simply start searching the names of the products and add “lawsuits” (that link is one of many examples), or “False Claims Act suits.” They are plentiful, dating back to at least 2003 and since. Not surprising, I suppose, since pimp drug companies and their whores get sued lots. The two most noteable malfeasance are whistleblowers’ claims on kickback schemes with the companies, docs and hospitals, and the often deadly effects due to using higher doses. Although the gory details of their long history of deceptive practices do include many other things, such as off-label marketing, misbranding, “off-label doses from two to four times larger than those approved by the FDA”, not reporting prices, patents, etc. Several articles further state,

…sales and marketing executives determined that capturing the population of anemic cancer patients who were not undergoing chemotherapy was “the next big thing” and would give Amgen a “51 percent [ESA] market share.” [Amgen Inc. Pleads Guilty to Federal Charge in Brooklyn, NY.;Pays $762 Million to Resolve Criminal Liability and False Claims Act Allegations]

Sounds like Dr. Kill Shot knows the game, eh? Looks like Jamie, an “anemic patient not undergoing chemo”, was just what he was looking for to boost his portfolio at least a bit.

And, as we all know, highlighted in the recent RFK Jr. confirmation hearings, the game goes all the way to the proverbial “top”.

Come, let us reason together

Let’s reason this out together… You may feel like you’re chasing a squirrel here, but thanx for bearing with me. Even squirrels’ patterns have logic 😉 Keep in mind, Kill Shot doc told us NONE of what I’m about to say. Not at the hell-spital, before, during or after injecting my beloved with this poison multiple times. Not at the appointments in his office over the weeks after Jamie came home. Nada. Not a damn word.

Keep in mind that all available information on all these products state some form of “the benefits must be weighed against the risks.”

The product insert and all available information cautions that erythropoietin stimulating agents are “not shown to improve quality of life.” Looking closer at the product insert, we have

CHOIR: A randomized, prospective trial, 1432 patients with anemia due to CKD who were not undergoing dialysis and who had not previously received epoetin alfa therapy were randomized to epoetin alfa treatment targeting a maintenance hemoglobin concentration of either 13.5 g/dL or 11.3 g/dL. The trial was terminated early with adverse safety findings. A major cardiovascular event (death, myocardial infarction, stroke, or hospitalization for congestive heart failure) occurred in 125 of the 715 patients (18%) in the higher hemoglobin group compared to 97 of the 717 patients (14%) in the lower hemoglobin group [hazard ratio (HR) 1.34, 95% CI: 1.03, 1.74; p = 0.03] https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatfda_docs/label/2017/103234s5363s5366lbl.pdf (pg 8, emphasis mine)

In other words, the trial was terminated early because the product was killing their human guinea pigs.

And…

Interpretation: Treatment with erythropoiesis-stimulating agents in patients with cancer increased mortality during active study periods and worsened overall survival. The increased risk of death associated with treatment with these drugs should be balanced against their benefits. [Recombinant human erythropoiesis-stimulating agents and mortality in patients with cancer: a meta-analysis of randomised trials, emphasis mine]

Remember what I noted about Dr. Kill Shot (Raina) convincing Jamie that oxygen therapy would have “no effect”? Well, the fact is research shows “Hyperbaric oxygen will supply enough oxygen to support the metabolic needs of the body tissues until red blood cells are restored. And Summa/Akron has an HBOT on the same damn campus.

Now, look at even that much through the lens of the fact that Jamie was a guy with no abnormal health history (prior to March 2024), not on routine medications, not a drug or alcohol user, worked out three times a week for over forty years, was careful about what he put into his body, etc. On top of that, he was clear on wanting “alternatives” to their poisons.

So, set aside the greedy bastard option and ask this: What else would prompt a doctor to lie to Jamie? To give to a “low risk” guy like that almost double the recommended (FDA approved) doses of a “medicine” that is “not known to improve the quality of life”, yet known in all available studies to kill people? And, having a gentler, safer alternative right on the same damn campus.

If we’re looking at the “risks vs benefits” scales, which would have benefitted Jamie more? A synthetic, controversial drug, from companies legally guilty of deceptive practices, that is known to cause rapid growth of cancer tumors and kill? Or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy? Ya know, that stuff the body needs.

Nope. Smells like fraud to me.

Cha-ching

Here is where it becomes even clearer. Jamie “qualified” for financial assistance for most of the crap involving Summa “Health”. Summa receives Federal money, in part, to “assist” folks that cannot afford to pay their exhuberant costs. Do I really need to say more about that?

Logical conclusions

Although I may not be able to articulate all this with the precision and flare of a professional, it still ought to be clear. Dr. Kill Shot looked at my beloved like a predator looks at its prey. Jamie fit the profile of the corporate pimps’ wet dreams (see quote above from article “Amgen Pleads Guilty…”) and took advantage of my husband’s desperation. Day after day, all the other docs terrorized Jamie. Then Kill Shot would come in, all calm and with a soothing voice lie his ass off to convince Jamie that oxygen “would not work”, “would be a waste…” (he actually said that). Then sold his poison with the lies, “nothing to be concerned about.” All this, while it is not unreasonable to believe this slimy whore bastard knew damn well what risks were involved.

This is evil. Nothing less than criminal. Dr. Rupesh Raina murdered my husband, aided and abeted by Summa “Health” Systems, et al. And that, on top of the travesties perpetrated by the other poisons covered in the previous article (Poison to Make You Better?), and the damage to near death caused by Nurse Bitch-Ass and her sidekick, which landed him in the hell-spital to begin with. All, clearly the direct opposite to “First do no harm.”

And Federal funds, at least in part, paid for it.

One other thing needs pointed out. I recently learned that Summa “Health” System was purchased by Aegis Ventures’ General Catalyst Health Assurance Transformation business (HATCo), which is changing it from a non-profit to a for-profit hell-spital. The bottom line with that is it basically saved their asses from drowning. Summa was deeply under water. No wonder that place is so filthy. Worse, they are implementing AI. And I mean way beyond the Epic “MyChart” system. Much of the wheeling and dealing, finalizing, was going on throughout 2024. Also, interestingly enough, there is a bill before Congress starting in January this year that proposes to change the language of prescribing laws to include AI. That would give artificial so-called intelligence the same authority and privelages to prescibe drugs for patients, as a doctor would.

So, while Dr. Kill Shot had his agenda, to exploit my husband’s fears and condition for his own (and likely the hospital’s, and Americare Kidney Institute’s) profit, all that other junk was going on. Unbeknownst to me at that time. Now the picture is clearer as to why no attorney will take my case or even look at the records. Not even one page. With the companies that are at play here, they likely deem it professional suicide. All these are lowest forms of detestable cowards.

Not complicated

See, it’s not that this is a “complex case”, as attorneys told me. No. Not really. In reality, it is simply an evil game that all boils down to money and politics.

Is there anyone that truly gives a damn enough to help stop this horror and hold these bastards accountable?

Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
