Kill Shot Doc

While we move forward presenting this case, there are a couple things I need to express to get ahead of any possible risks. Since I shall be sharing details of the Pharma-Insurance Whores, such as Kill Shot Doc and Spineless Others, I need to set something straight. If any who I intend to at least offend, get insane enough to think of bringing actions against me, know this: I own nothing, except for two dogs and an ancient car. Furthermore, I really enjoy obeying even traffic laws. I’d also like to add that one of my dogs is absolutely not at all fond of strangers, especially when they approach me. But no worry, if necessary she is able to find your lifeless body with ease. Too, I am a firm advocate of our 2nd Amendment.

In addition to that, if you are seriously that stupid enough to bring action against me, that would only serve to make my case stronger. It would provide a more appropriate arena in which to expose all the evidence of the fantastically treacherous things you did to my husband. What others will we find? I think “look before you leap” is fitting here.

Realistically, I am a nobody in the grand scheme of things. I’m not even the brightest crayon in the box. In fact, I much prefer being left out of the box. Possibly sunning somewhere around my garden, even unto melting into the grass. However, the insane stupidity (intentionally redundant) that we all have been witness to over these past eight years, at all levels, gives me cause to put this information out there.

Now, let us continue and get on to the Kill Shot Doc, Dr. Rupesh Raina, shall we?

Hell-spital in June 2024

Recall, Jamie and I agreed to ask for him to be admitted during an appointment with the primary physician the morning of June 6th. He was in such condition by then, due to the “botched” void trial on May 14th, and almost dying on May 17th, that he collapsed in the bathroom very early that morning (June 6th). In fact, this was his first ride in a wheel chair, for he was too debilitated to walk when we got to the appointment.

Here again, I must stress that we had a reasonable expectation that the docs would actually help him, and not cause him more harm or damage. Furthermore, I cannot say it enough that all of them had alternatives that would not have caused harm. In spite of this, they all knowingly chose to give things that are known to cause harm and damage, even death.

Interestingly enough, as I am digging through the incredibly unorganized chart, downloaded from “MyChart”, I see lots of erroneous shit. I was searching for a nice, neat list of the garbage they gave him while in the hell-spital, but what I am finding is suspect at best. For example, supposedly an Emily R. Losinski, MD, gave Jamie “narcan” by injection at some point. This is under the heading “Current Facility-Administered Medications.” Not only do I have no idea who she is, I know for a fact Jamie did not receive any Narcan. I do know that only three times he did receive Oxy, because the pain more than two weeks of their poisons caused got so bad it was beyond Tylenol. We put an end to the Oxy almost immediately, though. So there was no need for Narcan. Point here is, I’m a bit distracted, seeing lots of garbage in his chart that I know he did not receive. I wonder what Summa/Akron, et al, billed for? Hmmm…

While I do more digging through my box of notes on that, let’s skip to Dr. Kill Shot. In fact, this does work better. The list of poisons vs alternatives part of this deserves its own post.

Kill shot doc pharma whore

After days of the terrorist vultures pushing their lies down Jamie’s throat, he did give in to one of them. Multiple times each day, especially when I was not present, they all took turns pressuring him into dialysis and blood transfusions. Be clear that these two things were the ONLY options they offered, or would even consider. The more he refused, the worse they treated him and the more harsh their threats. Such as, going from, “This may be your only hope.” to, “Well, you’re definitely going to die without these.” I cannot count how many times I walked into his room to find he had obviously been crying, shaken. The mental and emotional torture alone added to his debilitated state.

Dr. Rupesh Raina, MB BS, the kill shot doc, is a nephrologist with Americare Kidney Institute, LLC in Akron, OH. He has affiliations with many area hospitals, including Children’s. While pompously promoting the kill shot, he mentioned at least a couple of times that he was in some way involved with trials to improve treatment using epoetin alfa. Personally, I thought he was full of shit, but this point is pertinent in that, if true, his knowledge would have been beyond the norm. His only explanation to Jamie and I was that it “helps the body make more hemoglobin…when the kidneys are not functioning well.” He did not tell us that it is a hormone replacement therapy. One may argue that it is not hormone replacement, but if you look up the prominent explanation, it works just the same.

Whatever cockamamie twist and hair splitting they want to put on it, it is the same. If something “mimics the function of a naturally occurring hormone”, then, damnit, it functions as a hormone replacement. I imagine they use twisty word games so they can bill it differently. After all, money controls everything in our Whore Health System.

Recall, as stated in the first episode, it was not until after the fourth injection, that Raina admitted only that the Epogen “may” cause Jamie a bit of a rash. It was not until after the 5th injection that he divluged it would “take much time” to see any notable response. He stated, “…maybe two to three weeks…or months….” The only thing he made clear was that he anticipated no change in hemoglobin levels as a result of using Epogen anytime soon. And that was not until after the 5th injection. This was to make sure that Jamie scheduled follow up visits (plural) before leaving the hell-spital. Looks like he was forecasting his most recently acquired income stream.

That’s it. That is the only information he provided. Now, have a looksie at this…

It deserves repeating that not only did this fat-ass rat bastard NOT divulge ANY of this, he shook his head and quietly said, “Oh, no. No. Nothing to be concerned about.” That, when I asked him DIRECTLY if there were any side-effects or risks we should know about, and if Jamie needed to sign a release for it. Forgive me, but I find this an absolutely disgusting, outright LIE. Did you catch even the first line from the warnings on the Epogen website? “Epogen can cause serious side effects that can lead to death….”

I cannot help but wonder what, pray tell, that bastard considers serious enough to be “concerned”. My heart is ripped to shreds knowing that my beloved was injected with this treacherous poison six times before I was able to look up this information. May this doctor burn in hell for lying to persuade my husband into this. I did also find that, although it never is entirely cleared from the body, most of it is gone between 60-90 days after the last dose. Jamie’s last dose, I believe, was June 22nd.

Mind you, Dr. Kill Shot was quite familiar with the fact that Jamie had a cancer tumor in his neck. There was no way he did not know, even just looking at my husband and his chart. Now scroll back up and check out another line from the Epogen use warnings. Particularly, “In patients with…and neck…cancers: Your tumor may grow faster and you may die sooner if you choose to take Epogen.”

As much as I deem the FDA quite a strong contradiction to public health and safety, even they continue to post such warnings. Check out the last paragraph here.

That last paragraph is most pertinent for our purposes. Even though the FDA only makes it easier for docs to kill people with these poisons, there still is the legally-binding “informed consent.” It is legally required of all practitioners to fully inform patients “of reasonably known risks” of any medications before administering them. But somehow, Ohio Department of Health deems this “not in violation of the standards of care” that Dr. Kill Shot flat out lied and this resulted in horrid suffering, and death of my beloved.

I attest with absolute conviction that if Jamie had been told even just that little bit (“rapid growth of cancer tumor”), he most certainly would NOT have agreed to have this poison injected into his already frail and struggling body.

Available alternatives

Before I continue to get angrier and go off on more tangents, fantasizing about just punishments for Kill Shot Doc, let me attempt refocus on the point of this case.

<sigh> Okay. Multiple times I did speak with Dr. Dayal, the attending, and Dr. Raina about the benefits of nutritional IV infusion, derived from whole foods of course, Moringa, and beet powder. Raina was very dismissive and Dayal, long story short, was really good at playing me. However, the point here is, these are widely accepted alternatives that even the highest vultures at the NIH deem worthy enough to study. Granted, the main reason they study these is to see how to copy the goodness God created so they can patent and profit from it. Amazingly insane to think those idiots actually believe they can copy God. Nevertheless, they are studying that, and more, and noting their great benefits.

Again, the main point for bringing this up is simple. They had viable, available alternatives that would not have caused Jamie additional harm. Period. In fact, Moringa has even been found to be beneficial in fighting cancer.

But wait!! There’s more…

What adds to their lunacy is the cold, hard fact that the Akron, OH campus of Summa ‘Health’ System, in their “wound care” unit, has Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Why is that pertinent? Well, yet another thing Dr. Kill Shot Whore (Raina) brought up was that, supposedly, giving Jamie oxygen “would not work” to help with the anemia. Mind you, we did not ask about oxygen. In fact, we did not even know, at that time, that this HBOT unit existed at the very same damn campus. At this point, it’s not unreasonable to believe that Raina brought up the “oxygen won’t help” theory in a vain attempt to justify using more risky, but profitable, measures.

The FACT is, sure. Maybe the usual oxygen tubes up the nose would not have been very effective. But there is plentiful research, which I discovered much too late, on all the benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Yes, that does include for severe anemia. Though it may not have “cured” him, it most definitely would have benefited him greatly. For the anemia and the cancer.

Again, they had available–right on their own freakin campus–gentler options with minimal to no side effects, yet chose to use crap that they knew would cause serious harm, even death.

Results?

Though there is more that ought to be addressed with this poison and the lying pharma whore that pushed it, I’ll leave this here for now. Before we recess again, take a look at the side-by-side comparison photos of the tumor. I took these on May 20th (left), and August 16th (right).

If any do contact me to bring actual action for Jamie, I can say there are more photos, which I did not take. On June 6th or 7th, there was an ENT that visited Jamie while he was still in the ER waiting for a room. She took photos and measurements. I have yet to find her or her info in his chart anywhere, so bear with me on that. Then again, on June 28th, at an appointment with Dr. Said, a plastic surgeon referred by Summa, photos were taken. So, there are other photos that were taken immediately before the poison injections and less than a week after the last (6th) injection.

Either way, it’s clear that, in just a bit over two months (above photos) Epogen did exactly what the maker’s website “warns” it will do. In tomorrow’s session I’ll provide details of all the other treacherous things that crap did. For now, as you ponder this be mindful of the fact that Jamie was admitted because of serious kidney issues. Yet, everything the gave him, including Epogen, is KNOWN to cause harm and damage to kidneys. How the hell does that make any damn sense?
